Basic 3-Steps Routine
 

Start bathing your skin following the 3-steps regime!

  1.  Cleanse 洗顔

It is important to have clean skin that is bacterial-free. Use cleansing soap or solution to fight dirt. A soap bar is highly recommended as it is cost saving and effective in cleansing. Due to its form, it can resist possible bacterial or fungus unlike liquid cleansers. It also has the longest shelf-life compared to others facial wash.

Tip: For sensitive skin and gentle cleansing, use foam to cleanse instead. Use a small puff to lather soap and make use of the foam to cleanse as per normal.

  1. Tone 化粧水

After cleansing, pores are left cleaned and opened. We need to use toner to close the pores to prevent dirt from entering. Therefore, it is important to apply toner/lotion after cleansing.

Tip: Toning prevents large pores and helps to tighten the skin. It removes dead skin and minimizes dull skin. Pat gently, after applying toner to ensure a better absorption.

  1. Moisturize 保湿

Our skin needs loads of moisturizer to replenish the water loss caused by air conditioners, UV rays, etc. Due to insufficient water in our skin, we tend to lose elasticity and suffer skin discoloration.

Tip: Choose serum, gel or light lotion as daily moisturizer. Do not ‘flood’ your skin with too much creams or oily products as it will clog pores and increase chances of breakouts!

These basic 3-steps work hand-in-hand and it is a simple rule to achieve good and healthy skin!






Removing Makeup

We must ensure that we remove our makeup thoroughly at the end of everyday! This will allow our skin to breathe and reduces the chances of blocked pores or acne breakouts. Many problems such as skin discolorations, blocked pores and acne breakouts are due to the makeup traces that were not cleansed properly or timely.

Cleansing oil is the most effective and efficient makeup remover compared to other solutions. Even waterproof makeup can be dissolved and removed easily as it contains oil. You will be amazed by how well it ‘melts’ your makeup!

No matter how late it is or how tired you are, you must cleanse your face or suffer the results of bad skin! Using effective makeup remover such as Cleansing Oil will clean your face effortlessly and remember to cleanse every inch of your skin!

How to use: Apply cleansing oil onto dry palms & skin to achieve effective results. Next, continue to cleanse by using little water. Rinse off and follow by normal cleanser to remove any oil film present. Lastly, remove eye makeup by rubbing gently.

Face Exercise

Massage boosts blood circulation which helps congested skin and promotes better complexion. For instance, using upwards strokes around your cheek and jaws will help firming while circular motions around the eyes is for blood circulations which helps in minimizing eye bags and dark circles. 

Nourish Your Skin

Our skin communicates with us in the form of tight & dry skin, breakouts, discolourations, etc. These are the common signs which our skin is telling us to pay attention. It is best to do a facial mask weekly but even if we cannot afford the time, a 5 minutes sheet mask will work as well!

Balance life, eat healthily, relax, drink lots of fluids, exercise and good skincare routine are basics to achieving radiant and beautiful skin!
