DUE TO THE UPCOMING HOLIDAY SEASON, USPS HAS ANNOUNCED LONGER IN TRANSIT TIMES.PLEASE EXPECT A SLIGHT DELAY ON THE DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.
Queen Essentials DOES NOT accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit in route to shipping destinations or items marked delivered by the carrier chosen at checkout. Once items leave the Queen Essentials warehouse the carrier chosen during check out accepts responsibility as the order has now been transferred into the carriers possession. Queen Essentials will however assist you with placing a claim with the carrier chosen during the time of checkout all damage claims must be reported 24 hours after your package has arrived.
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.
After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders can still take an estimated time of 2-3 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.
SHIPPING RATES & TIMELINES
Please note that orders to US destinations may take 3-5 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
We offer USPS Priority Mail and UPS to most locations (Domestic & Internationally). Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements. Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact USPS within 24 hours to file a claim.
We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).
Queen Essentials does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Queen Essentials DOES NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY OR ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. We will assist you with working with the carrier to complete the claims process.

If there is an issue with your order an email must be sent to within 24 hours of receiving your package.
REFUNDS / EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds or cancellations. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges once the package has exited the United States.
Orders that are returned to the Queen Essentials warehouse are subject to a redelivery fee. We will not issue ANY REFUNDS for packages returned to the Queen Essentials warehouse.
HIGH & MEDIUM RISK ORDERS
Here at Queen Essentials the protection of our customers is our top priority. If your order comes through as HIGH OR MEDIUM RISK proper identification will be needed to verify your identity. An email will be sent to you requesting a VALID STATE ID to verify your identity. If Queen Essentials does not receive proper verification within 48 HOURS, your order will be canceled.
We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! The adding on or taking off items and discounts cannot be modified once your order has been placed. Therefore all products purchased on your original order will be fulfilled, and we will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
